How can I make a registration?
You must send us filled registration form by email or fax. When we receive the document we will send you invoice.

What will my organization receive?
You will receive a standard package for your participation (you can find all conditions in the registration form here):
Do not forget that we need your logo in vector format and some pictures with high resolution. We will prepare projects for your stand and the page in the catalogue and we will send for confirmation. We print all materials after clear confirmation by our participants.

Can I send catalogues and brochures by mail post before the exhibition?
Yes, you can send them to our central office. When the event comes we will bring them to the place of exhibition. We have to receive all materials 10 days before opening the fair. Please, do not use regular post because there is delay and sometimes we can not find your materials. Regarding shipments from Switzerland - we recommend using only courier services.

How can I find information about accommodation in Sofia?
Bery Group Bulgaria works with some hotels which are located close to the National Palace of Culture. They have five, three or two stars and their fees depend on their services. Some of them give great discounts to our participants. Please, ask for more details.

Will be there Internet connection?
Yes, there is wireless Internet in the exhibition hall and you can use your laptop.

Will be there any other services during the fair?
Yes, all participants receive water and packed lunch during fair (three days). The standard registration package includes two representatives (two persons). If your representatives will be more than two you have to make additional registration for them.
